LuxControl recently completed a project in a new apartment in Riga, where the owner faced the challenge of frequent overheating due to large windows leading to a private terrace. To address this issue, our team recommended and installed WAREMA facade awnings featuring "Twilight Pearl" fabric. These awnings seamlessly blend with the building's facade while effectively shading the windows from the exterior.
To automate the shading process, we integrated a sun sensor into the awnings control system. This sensor automatically lowers the awnings in response to the sun's intensity, ensuring optimal comfort and temperature regulation within the apartment. Additionally, the awning control system provides residents with the flexibility to adjust and control the awnings via remote control, offering convenience and customization to suit their preferences.
