To reduce overheating in the rooms, we installed WAREMA screen fabric awnings on the exterior of the windows. These awnings are centrally controlled by the WAREMA Climatronic system, which receives signals from a weather station. When certain sun intensity parameters are reached, the awning fabric automatically rolls down.

In strong winds, the awnings are retracted into the cassette to prevent damage to the mechanism and protect the fabric. For added convenience, each room is equipped with switches that allow occupants to manually operate the awnings as needed.
