Zeiss Biroji

Zeiss Offices is a new, modern Class A building imbued with the historic aura of the former Carl Zeiss optics factory. For this project, the architects chose, and LuxControl designed, internal roller blinds with Verosol Silverscreen metallized screen fabric. This fabric blends aesthetically into the overall design and can save up to 25% energy per year, thanks to its high reflectivity of up to 85%.

These roller blinds ensure that rooms remain cool and are particularly well-suited for Class A offices and BREEAM certification. While outdoor shading isn't always feasible, the Silverscreen fabric excels in its function, providing superior indoor climate control and energy efficiency.
